Una buena alternativa a un Champan sin azucar

Este cava tiene una buena relacion calidad precio ; aunque no sea un Champan muy agradable en boca; sin azucar y no da dolor de Cabeza ; a servir muy fresco

Tolles Cuvée - Sehr traditionell

Frische, mineralisch-würzige und zugleich fruchtbetonte Blume. Überzeugende Dichte und komplexe Struktur am Gaumen. Wenig Brioche aber mit grünen Apfel im Mund. Schöne Perlage. Der Mirgin Rosé 2015 gefällt mir fast noch besser. Insgesamt ein toller Cava zu einem sensationellen Preis.

Le falta algo de intensidad pero está bien para acompañar cosas ligeras ,es equilibrado y tiene cierta elegancia no me ha disgustado
