The wine
Light pressing, draining, spontaneous fermentation and aging in underground terracotta amphorae for 10 months. Zurab Topuridze's Chkhaveri Amber is a white wine of great depth and character. Intense and fragrant, it presents itself in its thousand aromatic vegetal, fruity and floral facets, entering the mouth in a graceful way, finding a perfect balance between softness, flavor and freshness.
