The wine

Under the name "Unusual Sherries" the winery Sanchez Romate offers a range of wines that differ from the classic Jerez canon, either because they belong to ranges little known as "pale cream" or "medium" or by providing slight variations in composition. Beyond these peculiarities, its presentation in bordelaise bottle with names and labels rompedores illustrator Lore Vigil-Escalera, are a declaration of modern and innovative character of this collection.

As the name suggests, going to miss PX is a wine to be surprised and let go. A variation of the classic Jerez, made from grapes Pedro Ximénez and muscatel of Chipiona something that provides additional complexity on the nose. In the mouth he insists its uniqueness with a cheerful drink that persuades and traps.

Ideal for fresh dessert in a glass, and if desired, accompanied with black chocolate chips and an orange twist.
