Villa di Corlo Lambrusco di Sorbara Primevo

Primevo is an unmistakable Lambrusco flagship product of the Emilian wine tradition. Very inviting to the eye, it has a bright black cherry color, with a slightly pink foam. The distinctive and heady scent evokes flavors of cherry, lemon glaze, mimosa, rose, strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth it is dry, sapid, fresh, slightly tannic and persistent in the finish. Excellent as an accompaniment to appetizers, cold cuts, tortellini in broth, roasted and boiled meats.
