The wine
Verdicchio di Jesi Vignedileo is a white wine produced in the Marche, with a traditional but at the same time surprising organoleptic profile. At sight it has a bright straw yellow color with greenish hues; on the nose the scent is floral of hawthorn and lime with a light note of anise. The sip is dry, fruity, good consistency on the palate with elegant mineral notes on the finish. Perfect in combination with appetizers, delicate first courses and fish.
