The wine
The Ronco delle Mele is reconfirmed from year to year one of the largest Sauvignons in Italy; in its sparkling straw yellow dress it offers notes of celery, pepper, elderberry flowers, lime and sage. On the palate it is poetry: in perfect balance between acidity, minerality and fatness. A classy wine.
