The wine
The Cabernet Sauvignon Legit of the Tolani company has an intense ruby red color. The nose shows hints of green pepper, licorice and graphite fused with flavors of oak vanilla. Full-bodied with a ripe fruit palate, Legit has a long aging potential typical of Cabernet Sauvignon produced in the Castelnuovo Berardenga area.

Tolaini
A young winery in Castelnuovo Berardenga that channels part of its innovative experimentation into organic vineyard management. Pierluigi, who returned from America to Chianti specifically to devote himself to the territory and wine, gives us a range with a clear but traditional style.
