Monti Garbi Ripasso is an enveloping red with a great structure, intense ruby color. The nose explodes in an intriguing bouquet of red fruit and cherry. The taste is sweet, soft, enveloping, fresh, savory and quite tannic, with a spicy aftertaste. On the table it is the ideal pairing with cold appetizers, pasta dishes with meat sauce and preparations based on white meats, poultry, rabbit, roast. Also excellent with medium-aged hard cheeses.
