The wine
Sparkling wine obtained from the best selection of Chardonnay and Cortese grapes grown on the estate with the Charmat Lungo method, which differs from the classic / champenoise method for the second fermentation that takes place in an autoclave and not in the bottle. The harmonious and elegant structure, the fine and persistent perlage make this wine suitable for any occasion.
