Produced with grapes from old vineyards, the grapes are selected on three tables of choice, destemmed and conveyed into small wooden vats without pump, the first pressing takes place with the feet, followed by punching down or rarely pumping over. It ages in French oak barriques, no more than a fifth new for 15/18 months. The transfers with compressed air or by gravity are very gentle and limited to a minimum. Refinement in the bottle for one year before the sale.
The nose expresses elegance and great aromatic finesse. Fragrant aromas of ripe fruit, spicy and mineral notes, intense and persistent bouquet. The attack on the palate is captivating, with a pleasant sweetness of the fruit, the structure develops with a dense texture of ripe and soft tannins, which ensure length and a delicious and pleasant aftertaste. A balanced wine of great class that evolves for twenty years.
