Télos is the name of the Tenuta Sant'Antonio project dedicated to the production of wines with no added CO2; an adventure undertaken 5 years ago by the tireless Castagnedi brothers with the aim of offering customers a high quality wine, healthy and in addition elaborated with full respect for nature.
Télos Rosso on the nose is initially a little closed, but be patient, you will be rewarded by a complex, albeit austere aromatic palette reminiscent of the scent of ancient pharmacies, severe counters of dark wood and marble, on which skilled hands mixed the most officinal herbs purposes. The bouquet focuses on notes of strawberry jam, chinotto, tamarind and licorice root, enriched with an intriguing graphite mineral note. You smell from time to time, the wine is constantly changing. On the palate it is quite soft, with no intrusive tannins. Persistent, it closes long on a coherent bitter note.

Frutoso
Vino frutoso y jugoso, que mejora con dos o tres días de botella abierta. Se nota que está desprotegido y eso lo hace más genuino al no sufrir ningún defecto y poder ser disfrutado sin impedimentos.
