The wine
NOTE: Bottled without prior tartaric stabilisation or filtration, which may result in some precipitation occurring over the passage of time or if it is exposed to low temperatures. It is therefore advisable to decant the wine before serving. The presence of precipitate in no way affects the wine’s organoleptic characteristics.
Aged for a minimum of 18 months in first-wine barrels, with at least one racking.
