This grape of Burgundian origin has adapted well to the South Tyrolean climate as well as to its soils. Here he actually found his second home and in the meantime became the most cultivated variety. Enthusiastic for freshness, acidity and for a pleasant and long finish. An uncomplicated aperitif wine, it is drunk willingly during parties or on special occasions and events. It goes perfectly with delicious appetizers such as ricotta pralines on tomato carpaccio.
