Sanct Valentin Chardonnay is a fine straw-colored monovarietal with light green reflections. The nose releases warm notes of ripe fruit, exotic fruits and a slight smoky note. The taste is full, soft, engaging and savory. Excellent to combine with a wide variety of dishes: pasta with vegetable sauce, mushroom or seafood risotto, white fish soup, steamed crustaceans, game and mature cheeses.

Elegant crisp chardonnay
Fantastic elegantly oaked chardonnay. Good balance of acidity and alcohol and right amount of complexity of flavours. Not overly buttery, close to Burgundian style.
