The wine
Monteoro is a fine white Vermentino that embodies all the beauty and warmth of the land from which it originates. Clear straw yellow color with light golden reflections, it gives off a broad, intense and persistent perfume with varietal hints of white peach, acacia honey and fresh sweet almond. The taste is dry but soft, savory, warm, full and persistent. A balanced acidity accompanies the different sensations, highlighting, in the end, a pleasant freshness. Natural accompaniment of sea products, it does not disdain intriguing and unusual combinations, supported by its alcoholic "arrogance".
