The wine
San Patrignano Avi is an intense and concentrated wine, ruby red in color with garnet rim. The nose is broad and characterized by hints of violet, plum, clove, nutmeg and cedar wood. When tasted, elegance, pulpiness and a velvety tannic texture are perceived. The lively sapidity anticipates a finish of long persistence, with inviting hints of wild berries and sweet spices. Perfect on rib of beef and truffled hare.
