The wine
Dolcetto di Dogliani is a Piedmontese dry red wine, produced from the Dolcetto grape. Delicate and linear, where the presumed fragility given by time is rejected by an extroverted tannin. Tertiary notes contrast with still fresh scents while the length is released in the mouth along the entire palate in an upward tension. Perfect in combination with first courses with meat sauce or with other savory sauces or meat dishes.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
