It has a greenish, bright color, furrowed by a minute and persistent perlage. The perfume is intense, very fine and fruity; there are clear hints of golden apple on a floral background. It is dry, fresh and slender, soft and well balanced, with good aromatic persistence and a pleasantly fruity finish. It is a classic aperitif wine that is well suited to fish, crustacean and mollusc appetizers.
Drinking and storing

Ruggeri Prosecco Quartese Brut is aromatic, flowery, very fresh with hints of golden apples and persistent perlage. Good value for money and very elegant, well made sparkling wine, I recommend.
Lo probé por recomendación de un amigo Italiano, y es simplemente magnifico, se debe tomar muy frio, es suave y refrescante, como aperitivo o acompañamiento de una cena perfecto.
Buen espumoso , para cualquier hora del día. Recomiendo tomar fresco , excelente
