Bottle size and vintage
Authentic tribute to the splendid Valdobbiadene area, Vecchie Viti derives from 80-100 year old plants, which represent the best of the historicity of the Glera, combined with other autochthonous ones that balance its aromas and freshness. Brief maceration on the skins and contact with the yeasts before being put into the autoclave are the ingredients for a purebred hyper-Prosecco, with a strong straw-colored eye and intense and persistent nose, with hints of ripe apple, floral and vegetable notes, mineral shades. The sip is fresh, fruity, balanced, creamy, full-bodied and with a wonderfully long finish.
- Optimum serving temperature:Between 4ºC and 6ºC
