Ronchi di Cialla Ciallabianco

Ciallabianco is a still white with great personality. It has a straw yellow color. The bouquet is fine and elegant, with fruity hints of pear, apple, plum, vanilla, and floral notes of acacia and jasmine. The flavor - dry, full-bodied and with very balanced acidity - reflects the aromas with grace and elegance. Ideal as an accompaniment to fish and shellfish-based appetizers, velvety soups, egg-based dishes and vegetable soufflé, white meats with sauces and raw ham. Also excellent on its own as an aperitif.
