Primofiore is an intense ruby red wine; the nose is immediately captured by vibrant floral notes of violet and fruity notes of black cherries and red fruits. Primofiore is soft, fresh, savory, medium-bodied and well balanced.

Try it with a meatloaf with a side of Brussels sprouts or with Venetian liver; it goes well with vegetable soups, tripe and pasta dishes with meat sauce.
