The wine

The Quinta de Tarsus wine has been reborn with a new name and a new image: Tarsus Crianza, a wine brimming with personality, and the flagship and most commercial wine in the winery’s collection. According to the firm’s oenologist Teresa Rodríguez, it is an accessible wine that everyone can easily enjoy, a lively wine with the constant presence of fruit to the front accompanied by hints of wood.

What does this wine taste like?

A wine with a deep nose made up of complex and intense aromas of red fruit, spices, toasted notes and floral fragrances. It has a pleasant mouthfeel with elegant, fruity and deep flavours. Tarsus Crianza is a wine with its own personality and a rich variety of nuances which only increases every time you try it.

The winery's origins date back to 1987, when Iñigo Moreno de Arteaga acquired the property's 86 hectares of vineyards. It was there, close to a small pine grove in Anguix (Burgos), that the construction of new buildings would take place in 1998, where Tarsus makes wines from its...
