Intense and brilliant ruby red color, with violet reflections found in the creamy foam. Intense, vinous bouquet with strong notes of morello cherry, berries and violet. In the mouth it reveals good structure, a nice balance between fine grain tannins and sugary residue, and a persistent finish. Perfect with raw (salami, bacon, coppa) and cooked salami (cotechino, zampone, head salami), it also goes very well with pasta with ragù and pork based dishes.
