Pastourelle de Clerc Milon Pauillac

Second wine of Château Clerc Milon this Pastourelle a crimson red color, sustained by purple reflections.

On the nose, the concentration is revealed with a lot of finesse and complexity. The aromas of black cherry and vanilla reveal deeper, smoky, peaty notes of blond tobacco and dried flowers.

On the palate, finesse is omnipresent, the unctuous and fatty attack evolves on a coated tannin and mingles with a generous and varied aromatic expression reminiscent of morello cherry, almond and iodine.

The finish, sapid and fresh with a lot of tension, is expressed on aromas of dark chocolate, saline and minerals.
