Review

Passobianco is a pleasant and expressive wine, pale straw yellow in color with bright greenish reflections. The nose reveals slightly hinted citrus and tropical notes, penetrating flowers and spices and an accentuated smoky and savory note. Mouth juicy, but very pleasant, with an almost pungent flavor that makes it perfect even on its own, but it enhances it especially with sweet crustaceans and very fatty cured meats.

    Belle découverte de ce Chardonnay sicilien

    Je connaissais le Passopisciaro rouge de cépage Neromascalese qui était vraiment très bien fait dans sa structure et ressemblait à un Bourgogne. j'ai voulu essayer le blanc et je n'ai pas été déçu. Bonne minéraité et longueur en bouche. Très agréable.
