The wine
It is a classic Barolo, produced with grapes from multiple vineyards, all in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. The nose is characterized by the variety of aromas, from citrus fruits to dried flowers, to notes of tobacco and hints of peach and raspberry. On the palate it is full-bodied and well structured, characterized by a vigorous tannin. Ideal in combination with roasts, braised meats, game, strong and aged cheeses.
