Negro Barbaresco Basarin

The Barbaresco Baserin di Negro shows a very intense classic garnet red color. On the nose it is precise, reminiscent of the aromas of red fruit, spices and citrus fruits. The taste is well balanced, elegant without excessive tannic harshness, with a soft, spicy and mentholated aftertaste. It goes perfectly with tasty and well-structured preparations, such as red meat main courses, game and aged cheeses. Excellent with salmì pheasant or truffle partridge, but also with wild boar and polenta or agnolotti with roast sauce.
