The wine
Dolcetto d'Alba Bricco Caramelli has an impenetrable ruby red color and an intense aroma, with notes of plum, blackberry and other red fruits, on a spicy and slightly balsamic and fruity background. The important complexity of this wine determines a longevity of more than 8 years.
Its ideal combination is with appetizers, first courses, roasted and braised white and red meats, dishes with truffles, stewed or roasted blue fish, mature cheeses.
