The wine
From the vines of Biancolella di Ponza and Forastera, the Hay of Ponza is born, in one of the most suggestive wine contexts in the world. The wine is characterized by notes of mimosa, broom, cinnamon, lumps, pear and white plum. The taste is fresh, mineral and with intense fruity aromas.

Italian miracles. On Ponza Island, no more than ten volcanic square kilometres off the coast of Terracina and Gaeta, wine is produced. And it’s good.
