Michele Satta Bolgheri Bianco Costa di Giulia

This white, born as pure Vermentino, with '97 is enriched with the addition of Sauvignon, grafted in '95, with the aim of expressing in Bolgheri land a white of greater character and with a sweeter and wider finish. Without clarification, it is filtered and bottled in spring after a stop on the fine lees; the remarkable aromatic personality and the great structure are enhanced in evolution, so it is suggested to drink it from the second year.
