The wine
This Sauvignon is from Campania and from the mountains; at sight it is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. The nose expresses intense typical varietal sensations, characterized by hints of aromatic herbs, apple and pear. The sip is pleasant and refreshing, dry and tasty, excellent to drink. Perfect with delicate vegetable or fish dishes. Also excellent in combination with an excellent buffalo mozzarella from Campania.
