Masia La Sala Blanc

Masia La Sala Blanc 2024 is a young and vibrant white wine, born in the heart of Penedès. Its unique blend combines Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay, giving it a perfect balance between Catalan tradition and international freshness.

Pale yellow in the glass with greenish reflections. On the nose, its aromatic intensity stands out: apple, pear and exotic touches of pineapple, with floral nuances and delicate hints of dried fruit. The palate is structured and fresh, with a lively acidity that keeps the palate firm and a clean, fruity finish.

This white wine, produced by Domènech i Vidal with a marked organic approach, is very versatile at the table: white fish, seafood, rice dishes and salads are ideal pairings. We recommend serving it between 6 ºC and 7 ºC.
