The wine
The Maléstar has a bright straw yellow color; the aromatic profile is intense, characterized by notes of fresh fruit in the case of apple. The sip is harmonious and fresh with a slight acidic streak. Excellent persistence. Perfect with traditional Emilian dishes and with hare sauce and roasted pheasant.
