The wine
Opulent, it tastes of nougat, hazelnuts, honey, candied fruit, aromatic herbs, vanilla and raisins. It is a structured, full-bodied wine with a creamy texture. It closes long on notes that are vaguely smoky. Be tempted by the combination with one of the great dairy products of Italy, the Pecorino di Fossa.

Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC
