The wine
Barbera d'Asti di Spertino is produced from overripe grapes grown on the La Mandorla hill at about 230 meters above sea level. A level Barbera with intense aromas of morello cherry and plum, spices and cocoa. On the palate it is full and vigorous, with excellent balance and persistence.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
