The wine

This wine represents a fresher, younger and more approachable version within the famous Vineyard Selection Gris, an icon of the winery, made from 100% Pinot Grigio fermented and aged in French oak barrels.

The grapes which go into the making of this wine originate from the San Lorenzo vineyards, where the gravelly and predominantly limestone soils impart a stimulating minerality to this delicious straw-coloured nectar. The aromas which emanate from the glass are reminiscent of pears, peaches and white flowers, presenting an extremely clean bouquet which concurs with what the palate offers: a creamy-textured wine which balances smoothness, freshness and flavour with a delicate, elegant structure.
