The wine
The Le Grascete farm is located right on the Bolgherese road, that magical stretch of asphalt that runs alongside the estates of the celebrated wineries in the area. The vineyards here are nestled between the hills and the sea, in a place of unquestionable charm and absolute beauty. Benefiting from very particular soil and climatic conditions, these vines give us wines that are often as precious as jewels.
Grale has the color of ruby. On the olfactory examination, the aromatic component of Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, the nose is in fact pleasantly pinched by notes of small black berry fruits as well as hints of pepper, mown grass and wild berries.
On the palate it is smooth, delicate, pleasant, coherent. Fruity aromas of blueberries and blackberries in jam, carob, black peppercorns, juniper, licorice are given to the mouth, supported by a good flavor and freshness.
A traditional Sunday lunch wine, simple and at the same time hearty: gnocchi with meat sauce, grilled sausages, roast with vegetables, skewered rabbit.
