The wine
The Chianti Classico of Le Cinciole is a vibrant Sangiovese, at the sight it has a garnet ruby red color; the nose expresses notes of vesicles and violets with a humus and licorice finish. The sip is full-bodied and intense with velvety tannins on the finish gives freshness to the palate. Excellent in combination with pasta with meat sauce, roast, game, braised meat, aged cheeses and mushroom risotto.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
