The wine
Straw yellow, the nose is fresh, pleasantly fruity with citrus notes. Fine bubbles that binds very well to the palate, it is also pleasantly sweet thanks to a sugar residue of about 6 grams supported by a nice acidity. Good structure, typical of red berried wines vinified in white. Persistent flavor. Ideal match with aperitif or with raw meat appetizers or vegetable salad. Very good for cold cuts which, thanks to its bubbles and pleasant acidity, allows to degrease the mouth.
