Review

From vines in their twenties on Monte Foscarino, in Monteforte d'Alpone and Soave, at an altitude of 150 m above sea level, Vulcaia Fumè undergoes a light maceration and stops in decidedly toasted barriques, on its lees, for seven months. The result is a golden golden dress, with a nose with vegetable scents surrounded by a set of ripe fruit, coffee, spices and vanilla. Soft and buttery, even in the mouth it is honey and chocolatey, with great persistence and territorial persuasion.
