The wine
Controguerra Passerina is a white wine from the Marches, at sight it has a pale straw yellow color. The nose reveals fine and intense floral aromas, characterized by delicate aromas of apple and peach. On the palate it has good structure, body, long persistence, it is a wine where a good sapidity and a delicate freshness are highlighted, it denotes a certain harmony. We recommend pairing with aperitifs, white meats, fish dishes, vegetable and shellfish tempura.
