Il Mosnel Brut Rosé

Mosnel Rosé is a pleasant rosé sparkling wine, with an exuberant froth and a fine and continuous perlage. The aroma, delicate and persistent, is characterized by fresh and fruity notes, with persuasive shades of red fruits. In the mouth it appears elegant, vigorous, very tasty and supported by a rich backbone. It is excellent to accompany dishes of mixed cured meats (also very tasty, such as sausages or peppered salami), pasta and risotto with porcini mushrooms, fish soups, eggplant parmesan, fried chicken and duck-based preparations.
