The wine
The Cuvée Prestige is certainly the Ca' del Bosco style enclosed in the most famous transparent bottle of Franciacorta. A balanced, rich, direct and certainly pleasant wine, which is well suited to different contexts and dishes. Born for pleasure.
Franciacorta Brut Cuvée Prestige has a brilliant straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage; the nose expresses delicate floral scents, notes of white pulp fruit such as apple and pear, herbaceous touches and olfactory perceptions of pastry. The sip is very radiant and refreshing, well balanced between structure, acidity and minerality. This representative sparkling wine pairs perfectly with fish appetizers, vegetable dishes and sushi.
