Monte Rossa Franciacorta Brut Nature Coupé

An evocative name that refers to an imaginary made of passion, style and light-heartedness. Moods that the new, unedited Monte Rossa promises to give to those who choose it, but without forgetting its origins: the word "Coupé" in fact derives from the French verb couper translated to cut, a concept that in oenology is condensed into the term Cuvée. Straw yellow, bright and with lime peel reflections at sight, the Coupé on the nose gives off a sweet scent with hints of elderberry and white peach. In the glass it evolves, revealing vegetal and marine touches with a closing of fresh almond. On the palate it strikes the contrast between the creaminess and the balance of the perlage with the "scudisciante" freshness, at the end it is savory and balsamic.
