The wine
From Montepulciano grapes, after fermentation on the skins in concrete, the wine ages for 18 months in oak barrels and another six in the bottle. Complex, intense both on the nose and on the palate, it has a fruity, floral and spicy bouquet. Classic in combination with grilled meats, but it is to be tried with dark chocolate.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
