It was 1835 when the young Manuel María González Ángel began a long career dedicated to the world of wine. He started his career as a merchant, but his business grew so quickly that he soon became involved in production. He did so under the guidance of his maternal uncle, José Ángel, who taught him everything he knew. In his honour, he christened the founding solera "Solera del Tío Pepe", thus initiating the legend of the most famous Fino in the world.To this legend that crossed...
