The wine
The Malvasia Passito Zimolo of the Giorgi company is a pleasant and traditional wine; at sight it has a golden yellow color. The nose expresses intense fruity hints of apricot and peach with a very pleasant marked note of sage; the sip is soft, sweet and persistent. Excellent in combination with desserts.
