The wine
Tenuta Frescobaldi Castiglioni has a beautiful bright ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose the intense aromas of blackberry and black currant blend with spicy notes of pepper, cloves and slight nuances of licorice. The entry into the mouth is soft and enveloping, accompanied by an acid vein that gives a nice freshness and a long, persistent and spicy finish. Excellent in combination with red meats and game.
