Review

Foradori Granato is a persuasive and classy wine. Of a dark garnet color, almost impenetrable, it surprises the nose for the intense sensations of violets and berries, followed by coffee, cocoa, ash and anise. On the palate it reveals an incomparable softness; balanced between freshness and flavor and with masterfully developed tannins, it closes very long on a vaguely almond-like reference. To be paired with a crusted pork loin, braised beef with onions and very aged cheeses.

Belle expression aromatique, entre intensité et précision... La bouche pleine, dense et juteuse trouve un juste équilibre avec finesse et une minéralité exacerbée.......

She herself, defined herself as such in an excellent interview with the Italian newspaper "La Repubblica", outlining her own story as a winemaker, oenologist, businesswoman and communicator of the territory in which she lives in symbiosis: the magical Piana Rotaliana that produces, thanks to the mineral-rich t...
