With four months of rest in steel on its lees, Fiano dei Feudi presents a decisive straw yellow color with greenish reflections in the glass. Vertical and Mediterranean nose, it releases notes of fresh flowers such as chamomile and crunchy and citrus fruits such as yellow peach and candied orange. On the palate the characteristic softness is excellently balanced by a perky minerality and a lively freshness. Ideal to accompany shellfish, fish with sauces and grilled marinades.

We first had this wine with fish and were very disappointed in it. But the fault was ours. Our next attempt to drink it was with Ham and it was a very different wine. The fruity slightly sweet flavour of the wine complimented the Ham beautifully. We would get it again but ti try it as a wine for Chicken or Duck. I am looking forward to testing the combination.
Subtle taste that struggled to cope with food (fish). Overall I found this wine to lack caracter and that something special. It is however a nice wine. I don’t think I will order again.
A classic from the south
Truly southern Italian experience. Lovely after- taste and specially refreshing.
